I think Epic on the Park at 1245 Columbine solves some problems for people… they like the way it looks, it's newly renovated (nothing to fix), people love the area, each condo has laundry (rare), most have balconies, there’s available parking and our prices make sense….all this DOWNTOWN…crazy!
