No kidding - we officially put 1245 Columbine on the market about three weeks ago and sales are on fire! Most importantly, our buyers are excited to move in to their new places.
The top floor one bedrooms are SOLD OUT. The 3rd floor one bedrooms are SOLD OUT. The second floor one bedrooms are almost SOLD OUT...2 to go.
The 2 bedrooms are selling fantastically. They're 2 bed, 2 bath, balconies, laundry and available parking all with great design, in an awesome neighborhood and at affordable prices. There just doesn’t seem to be anything like this out there.
I asked our latest buyer why she decided to own at 1245 Columbine...she said "it was the walk to the coffee shop that did it." The new Daz Bog Coffee shop at 12th and Clayton is awesome.
She went on to explain how she really likes the building's modern design, the art work, the community, her new balcony, laundry, price, etc...and it was the area that really makes sense to her.
We walked past well maintained Denver square homes from the 1880's, giant old trees, great restaurants (Greek, Italian and Chinese within 2 blocks), a neighborhood ACE hardware (make keys any time), a small post office (never wait in line) and then to Daz Bog for an iceed coffee. We just soaked in the whole experience of the area, cool people, well maintained homes and then back to 1245 Columbine to the modern feel of the exterior architecture and newly renovated condos.
